O-Ashi お足 ---- great step (similar to Yoko, but taller steps. used to cross fields or bodies or water silently)

足並み十箇条---忍者が用いる歩きかた。小股で歩く「小足」、大股で歩く「大足」、そして片足で歩く「片足」の3つに加えて、普通に歩く「常の足」、走る所作を表す「走り足」といった普通の歩行走行と、つま先を立てて歩く「抜き足」、床を滑るように歩く「擦り足」、締めつけるように歩く「締め足」のような音を立てない歩きかた、 大きな歩幅で歩く「飛び足」、小さな歩幅で刻むように歩く「刻み足」のような歩きかたがあります。
Ashinami Ju Kajo --- to walk in a manner that ninja is used. Walk in small step “ko ashi小足”, big step “oashi 大足”, and to walk on one leg, the “kata ashi片足”. On the other speaking, there are normally walking “tsune no ashi常の足” and running “hashiri ashi走り足” , normal walking such as using the toes to walk “Nukiashi 抜き足”, sliding “suri ashi 擦り足”, tighten walking that makes no sound like “shime ashi 締め足” , and walk in a big step length “tobi ashi 飛び足”, to walk with a small step length “Kizamiashi 刻み足”.
「忍び足」:足の小指から徐々に体重をおろしてこっそり歩く
「浮足」:つま先から足を下ろす
「犬走」:四つんばいで歩く
「狐走」:つま先を立てた四つんばいで歩く
「深草兎歩」:手の上に足を乗せて歩く(難易度高い!)
忍歩は、右手と右足、左手と左足と言うように踏み出す足と体をあわせる歩き方です。腰の動きがほとんど無いため疲れにくく長距離を歩けるそうです。
Shinobu Ayumi is a gait to adjust the legs and body take to say right hand and right foot, with the left hand and left foot. Less tired because there is almost no movement of the waist when walking a long distance.
