Ashinami Ju Kajo --- to walk in a manner that ninja is used. Walk in small step “ko ashi小足”, big step “oashi 大足”, and to walk on one leg, the “kata ashi片足”. On the other speaking, there are normally walking “tsune no ashi常の足” and running “hashiri ashi走り足” , normal walking such as using the toes to walk “Nukiashi 抜き足”, sliding “suri ashi 擦り足”, tighten walking that makes no sound like “shime ashi 締め足” , and walk in a big step length “tobi ashi 飛び足”, to walk with a small step length “Kizamiashi 刻み足”.

Shinobu Ayumi is a gait to adjust the legs and body take to say right hand and right foot, with the left hand and left foot. Less tired because there is almost no movement of the waist when walking a long distance.
